At ShopBouijeeGirl, all sales are final. Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Because our items are print-on-demand and custom-made, each product is created especially for you. For this reason, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopbouijeegirl.com. We’ll be happy to review the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.
